WildHearts Talent are delighted to have received the award for ‘Outstanding Employer and Supplier Development Partnership’ at this year’s ISE Awards 2024 alongside Zurich Insurance. The ISE Awards were created to acknowledge the remarkable accomplishments and innovations of ISE members who are dedicated to offering development opportunities within the early talent sector.
We are honoured to receive this prestigious award, as it recognises our commitment to support our partners develop leadership skills, innovation, and build collaborative, purpose-driven teams. The partnership between WildHearts Talent and Zurich provides apprentices with the opportunity to influence Zurich’s sustainability strategy, whilst developing essential business skills aligned with the organisation’s overall objectives. Our partnership with Zurich Insurance, amongst other leading global brands continues to support the development of emerging talent, and we are proud to be recognised for our commitment to delivering high-quality learning and development programmes.
To date, over 50,000 people in over 35 countries have utilised our learning experiences, resulting in WildHearts Talent becoming one of the world’s leading ‘Values-Driven’ Training Providers.
