The Micro-Tyco Challenge is WildHearts Talent’s signature learning experience, designed to embed innovation skills and entrepreneurial mindsets.
Working in small teams, supported by a Siemens coach, early careers participants develop a project-based response to a business brief, aligned to the organisation’s Sustainability Strategy. Participants use the Micro-Tyco Method to develop innovative business solutions, that are then pitched to a panel of Siemens leaders.
Siemens have partnered with WildHearts Talent to deliver the Micro-Tyco Challenge with their early careers cohorts. As the partnership has evolved, the programme has expanded to include participants from multiple business units.
