Early Careers

A simulated team-based project that creates space for Early Careers participants to identify, evaluate and practice Essential Skills. It can be integrated at any point in the Early Careers programme cycle; for onboarding and socialising new-starts or applying knowledge and behaviours from other development activities.

The Micro-Tyco Challenge
Departmental

A collaborative, cross-departmental development experience, designed to target specific skills gaps and inspire participants to drive broader organisational objectives through improved performance in their role. It can be delivered across local or international teams to build team-culture, promote inter-team networking and strengthen communication.

WildHearts CMDA Programme

WildHearts were commissioned by Nestlé UK and Ireland to deliver a Chartered Manager Degree Apprenticeship (CMDA) in collaboration with Coventry University.

Our CMDA model is developed with industry experts, delivering cutting-edge education experience that is relevant in today’s world of business. By utilising expert contributors from multiple sectors, we provide a multifaceted learner experience producing inspired, entrepreneurial thinkers.

Your Sustainable ‘WHY’

The Your Sustainable ‘WHY’ workshop guides participants to unlock their strengths and values, whilst aligning them to their current role and career objectives. The workshop is practical, self-reflective experience, leaving participants with a greater sense of clarity around their ‘WHY’.

How to Influence

The How to Influence workshop is a deep dive into the factors of influence and how they can be applied to identify and connect with people, to achieve shared goals. The workshop demonstrates how influencing techniques can be applied in a presentation setting, to develop highly impactful pitches.

Challenge by Choice

The Challenge by Choice workshop was developed in partnership with L&D teams in response to the increasing need to build resilience in today’s rapidly changing business environment. This workshop builds agility, adaptability and accountability in employees, driving higher performance and role satisfaction.
